To your total we will add: $7.95 for cigar orders (FL & CA $10.50); $10.00 for orders containing Ashtrays and/or Candles; $15.00 per Humidor for orders containing Humidors. - flat rate for 2nd Day Air shipping on orders not containing fuel. Lighter fuel (butane or liquid) cannot be shipped under current FAA regulations by air, therefore, orders containing fuel will be shipped by ground at our flat-rate for the first 5 items, each extra item +$1.25 If you are ordering mixed items and would like to recieve your other items by air you must place 2 seperate orders. All orders will be processed within a reasonable period of time, as inventory is subject to availability. Destinations in Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping costs, please contact us for details. Destinations in Missouri will be charged sales tax at applicable rates.
